Hi Howie and welcome to the forum.:D

The Ford #102 amp is pretty well documented here.
But that is a very nice close up of the amp!
Got any more?

This forum may not be the best organized forum but all the data is here.
You just have to do a little bit of digging and searching to find it.

Actually, we have very little information on that amp. Please post any and all pics that you have. :)

I never noticed how hot RF runs that amp before, but that master suggests some serious volume.

Hey, sorry if I came off as snarky.

I thought you were looking for information on the amp.

If you have new stuff we would love to see it.

For those who don't know (you probably already do) Robben uses G12-65 8 ohm speakers with this amp. As loud as it is (even with the master set at noon) Robben regularly cooked G12-65's every six months, and had to get new ones. He sets the OT at 4 ohms, which typically adds more power at that setting. One of my close friends was Robben's stage tech/manager for 12 years on the road with him, that's how I came by this information.

Would that be Daved?

I wonder what OT he has in the green switch amp?
Our data shows a Twin OT but it is only one secondary winding.

Is it an 8 ohm output? Or 4 ohm?

I think it's the opposite, if you connect a 8 Ohm speaker into a 4 ohm OT tap , the power tubes draw less current, vice versa, if you connect a smaller load impedance speaker(4 ohm) into a 8Ohm , the power tubes draw more current!
Please correct me if I'm wrong!

Nope, Dave is Robben's current tech, he came in after Jeff Rivera (my buddy) left after 12 years.
