Over in the TW file section, there are templates placing all the chassis holes on the standard sized chassis that Ken Fischer used. Is there anything like that for any Dumbles?
(HAD interviews have him indicating that component layout on the chassis is important enough that you wouldn't get the same result on a Fender chassis -- true?)
Chassis drilling templates?

Yes, just as Ken Fischer built his amps, Alexander Dumble also is very particular about choice and placement of components.
I built a Overdrive Special and used a chassis from the CE guys in Canada.
Very good chassis with silkscreened labling.

But, apparently they are out and won't have more until Fall.
Then there is the guy in Thailand that sells D chassis.
His chassis are more of a clone and have the Dumble name on them.
But reportedly they are a thinner gauge aluminum than most.

Now if you are determined to build your own there are a few layouts in the file section but you have to hunt for them.
