After staring at these pictures for a while, I notice that the first stage filtering caps are a pair of 100uf 350v's. I assume these are in series, yielding 50uf 700v.
Most of the schematics are calling out a pair of 220uf there, in series yielding 110uf.
Funk, are you feeling that 50uf is enough for a 100 watt amp?
On a related note, I'd been hoping to put in a pair of F&T 220uf 350v's there, but can only find them in 300v. Will 600v be ok?
Thanks,
--Mark

600v will be fine. Your not even seeing over 500v with a stock Twin Reverb-style power transformer.

A fender Twin Reverb has 35 UF on the first stage, I don't really go by schematics, just amps I've seen.
The first stage filtering can be 50, 100, 110, 150 it's your choice-

To my untrained eye, it looks like you used CF's on your cathodes, I may be wrong. (see edit)
Do you have any particular thoughts or preferences for the cathodes?

(He was refering to BobW's 124 build)3. I believe I have only seen one amp where the cathode resistors were NOT MF. You use CF in your amp.

LOL I use an $80 cap meter.Only if you have fancy piece of equipment called an impedance bridge that allows you to measure complex RC, RCL circuits and break it up into the components. Good ones start at $1500.00. Ones you really want to use $10K+.

I have a $50 sears multimeter that reads Caps under the goo!! LOL!!!
In response to the above question:
I do prefer metal films for the cathodes, but the difference is minor-
