Thanks , I'll have to check that out. I prefer to buy in Canada if I can, I'm in the GTA.

That would be it.tele caster wrote:Found it http://www.steamcomusic.com/
Not the best selection and I'm not sure how prices compare to other places. But like I said shipping isn't bad, no duty (yes!!!) and FedEx gets it to you pretty quick. I'm in Toronto btw.

Re: Dumble 2x12 cab
Does anyone have the traditional head cabinet plans?
I am working on a Bassman conversion now, but the next one will be a scratch build with new chassis and will need a cabinet. I have a local under-employed cabinetmaker friend that will do the dove tailed joinery.........just need the plans. Thanx, Mike

I think your best bet is to wait until you have the chassis you are going to use for the scratch build.
Then size the head cab accordingly.

Structo,
The next one will be a HRM 100, I want to get a ready made, screened, and punched chassis.
Which do you recommend?
The cab will be furniture grade lacquered wood, and speaker cab to match. I have some good resources for fancy wood.
I will flight case everything so they will be protected.
Thanx, Mike

Re: Dumble 2x12 cab
Well I don't think Funk sells chassis anymore so you are probably limited to Ceriatone or that guy from Thailand, what was that guys name?
Or if you are a talented metal worker, you could bend your own and make your own faceplates.

Nat somebody.......the Thai-guy. I've seen his stuff on Fleabay. Looks good, but rather do biz with a North American. I guess I will post a separate posting ..........to not derail this one.

Did a 2x12 cab too. This one is suede with British G12-65's. Sounds great!

That looks really good Jelle. I am a big fan of the natural colors, brown, blonde or Dumbles.
Ever consider selling 70s style chassis? You'd make a ton of friends!

Here's what Tube Town Cabs 2x12 Dumble cab looks like. Very close to a Two Rock Signature

Re: Dumble 2x12 cab
Nice looking stuff guys.
The port hole on the black set up is large enough to change the speakers without popping off the back panel....isn't it!
