I read that they make a noticable difference when placed right after the rectifier circut. I've got one on my Christmas list; should be fun to mess around with. Anyone else ever messed with these?

I was wondering about these things also, so I consulted a couple of the physicists at work (how DO these people get multiple PhDs?). They agree that it's nonsense. One of them said, "If I had thought of that, I'd be retired already."

It's in the same league as the "stealth bras" for your cars advertised in the back pages of car mags. The only signature they'll reduce is the money in your wallet!! BTW, I can tell you how to stealth a vehicle, but it ain't cheap! The toughest part is coating the window with gold via vapor deposition. That's kinda hard to achieve in the average garage.......

Thanks for saving me from wasting my $. I am curious about stealthing my truck though. Sounds like a worthwhile waste of money just to say I have a stealth truck. I don't know why I'm majoring in Political Economy. Physics is so much more interesting.
