The orange looks interesting, but it seems to have to make some pretty broad assumptions to round a tube into a fixed 1-15 number. If anyone buys one it would be interesting to test a couple sets of tubes on it and then send those tubes to me and test them on the Amplitrex and maximatcher and see what exactly its rounding to get that number.

What is the price point of the orange?
Also curious what the highest testing voltage is able to get up to from the 19v power supply? The video just said it got close.

I must have missed the boat when the other discussion came up.

Thanks for the link to the DIY tester.

i did find out the the Orange unit is made by these people. http://www.tubesync.co.uk/ Seems like I remember discussing with someone about their auto biasing system.
