Thanks for all your help.

I started troubleshooting again. I have about 10% feeling in my right thumb and 1st two fingers so I can use a soldering iron semi-safe.

I have the 68K resistors from the normal channel input jacks at V1 but they are covered by heat shrink. That's why they weren't seen.

I have replaced and rerouted the TMB input several times and I finally discovered I left out the 22K resistor between the TMB input and pin 2 on V1. I replaced the input jack too as I found the 1M resistor wire broke like it had been cut. I just replaced it all as I have lots of spares. No change.

The amp is flawless on the normal channel and sounds excellent on TMB until I get almost 3/4 Master volume. No hum, no nothing but pure joy until the master volume gets turned up to 3/4. I can run the TMB volume at any setting as it seems independent to the Master Volume.

I don't have a resistor in my kit close to 22K so I'll go to the electronics store tomorrow and get a few.

Could this be the cause of the evil high pitched scream?

Adding the 22K ohm 1/4 watt resistor at pin 2 of V1 did nothing.
