Here's an easy oscillator using common value parts.
You have to use a tube with high gains like a 12ax7.
Fun and quick building block to explore tremolo.

My favorite LDR tremolo was in an old Ampeg, the LDR was an automotive
light bulb soldered into the end of about three inches of copper pipe.
The photo cell was held in place with a rubber bung, the leads went through
the bung and were pig tailed. Another piece of copper was soldered to the
outside of the pipe as a bracket. DIY at the factory.
