good point... All i have to go on at this moment is springfield i'm awaiting a return call.

Honestly i don't care how it's shipped as long as it's got a tracking number and is well packaged ( within reason ) The amplifier is already broken to some extent ( clean ch is not working ) so i'm not to concerned since i'll be going threw it anyway.
