6sj7 followed by a gain stage

Hi, I have a 6SL7 triode into a Clubman tone stack going into a 6sj7 then to a LTP. So far it sounds really good and the DC heaters help. Could the 6sj7 go into the other half of the 6SL7 and then to the LTP or does a cathode follower need to come after the 6sj7? Thanks.
