Nice sound amp for sure. About 30 different builders here could get you what you're looking for.

Indeed!

I have had a 6L6/5E3 on my list but there are a couple of Dumbles in the way right now.

I did one for 6V6 or 6L6 using a beefed up PT with a 5V 3A winding (for a range of rectifiers) and an OT with multiple secondaries. (The amp also has a switchable CLC/CRC filter, where in CLC mode it sounds best with a 4k7 screen resistor between the choke and the screens)

Ooh, that's neat. I made something similar without the choke/resistor switch. Sounds pretty good. I'd like to sell it, but it's always on loan to some local bum musician!

Wow that's a clean build!

I think something like this would be a fun project

Seems like this one is the standard 5E3 Pre tied to a cathode-biased 6l6 power section

I think it would be cool to have one input with a switch that internally jumpers the channels

One of the guys on this forum had some really cool clips on youtube after he added a VVR unit, everything I have read says that amp is loud with a capital L.

Just wire one of the jacks such that it parallels the other channel when actuated. There's no need for redundant jacks.

I was getting ready to build one and picked up a Supra-Luxe head (only 6 made in that config) used for the same money to build ... eventually got a 2x10 open back made for it. It's a real nice amp ... put a VVR in it ... made some coupling cap adjustments, as well to control the 5E3 bass.

I like it ... Sarah builds a nice amp ... I have some guy shots in some of the other posts I've made if you do a search on Richter.

I built one based on the Richter in a 1x10 combo,,,big mistake. This design comes to life with a 12 so don't sell yourself short in that regard. :(
