Some people do like to use #6 bolts for tranny mounting, especially if they use a turret board directly on top of the PT, with those nylon spacers holding the board off the chassis. Paul Ruby builds his that way using #6 hardware.
But these lugs can be used anywhere you need a ground connection (in this case, I used one to ground the OT secondary:

mcrracer, +1 on NOT using PT bolts as grounds, either chassis grounds OR especially not the mains ground, which is currently illegal just about everywhere, and for good reason. PT secondary meltdown short to laminations with no thermal cutout=X hundred volts DC live chassis.
Yes I know Fender used PT bolt as a ground but that was 40 years ago and we don't use two pin plugs with death caps any more either!
