I think this is another video from North Korea.
They have been putting out a whole spate of video's trying to show their superiority.

Much like communist Soviet Union, the "people" have little choice when it comes to what their aptitude best suited for.
They start them very young and if they are talented, you see the results here.

It's just the method that may be questionable.

Aren't the kids taken from the families to live in Government schools and such (was that the way the Soviets did it back in the day?) Its obvious how drilled the kids are, notice the precise head movements and choreography. I'm seeing sort of machine like looks on the kids faces (and the girl in the middle looks rather freaky/scary) and I wonder if they're actually having fun? There is another video of two kids playing drums, looks like the same or similar show/production. Of course we'd never get a straight answer from the kids or parents of the kids if they're actually enjoying making music (would you like playing that stuff?) or if they get to be kids and play and do other things when they're not going to academic school and music school.

Personally, I feel disgusted, even more so by these toddlers parents. Unfortunately this kind of freak show has reached our shores recently along with other intelligence liberated products like "Jersey Shores" etc.

Yes it feels like small world at DisneyLand.
I just think about the childhood these kids probably don't have.
Those Beauty pageant kids are even more sad, they aren't even learning an instrument.
