I would like the KOT been eyeing those for a while, but my friend would definitely want the fuzz Zvex Fuzz Factory type.

I decided to give this one a try: https://aionelectronics.com/project/flare-fuzz-factory/
Awesome.... give us an update when done.... I have built a lot of pedals using Aion Boards especially their Zen Drive, OCD and Klon board variants... he has great boards...

I ordered a Filty Fack kit from https://shop.pedalparts.co.uk/Filth_Fac ... 74326.aspx which is a based on the Zvex Fuzz Factory.

The pedal is stupid crazy and I'm giving it to someone that appreciates ridiculous fuzz noise now that I built it and heard it.

LOL first time I've clicked on a link on a thread and it's actually been a UK site :D

He makes great stuff.

I have a few of those kits. I was thinking of that pedal actually as I don't have a proper Fuzz :D

Fuzz Factory can do a wide range of sounds from the more traditional to bizarre, but a basic Ge transistor Fuzz Face is a really a beautiful thing.

And here is the aion.com Flare (Fuzz Factory clone). This was a much simpler build (fewer components) but required I ask my buddy for some old Germanium transistors. Again, fired up perfectly first time, so, praise for the instructions and nicely designed PCBs.

I've found lots of good tones with this pedal, both out-of-control noisy shit, and down-to-earth distortion and fuzz. Excellent!

Anyone have vero board layout and schematic for this D*A*M Logan Bender custom one-off MKI Tone Bender?

My friend received a kit years ago from Germany I think and he had trouble building it and lost most of the instructions.

He gave me the DAM layout but his board is different just like the one in the photo I am providing. I don't know how he knew how to build the vero board but no idea how to connect the transistors and other wires. I traced out the board and noted component values.

Hi Mark: I'll check when i get home. I think i have something. The hardest part is finding those 3 perfect germanium transistors, the ones in the picture look to to be
2 OC71's and or OC75's black Glass but i cant remember what the metal one is.
Man for 5 caps and 8 resistors, these things are hard to get right.
After my quest to build a Mk1 i gave up, could never get them to sound right. I do have a MKII that i built and it is very snarly
I use a good old home made fuzz face, that sounds awesome.
will let you know, Joe.

Thank you for looking later.

We have four different types of NOS transistors to choose from. He got NOS mustard caps, tropical fish cap and NOS AB CC resistors.

I just need to verify his vero board work plus add transistors, drill box and wire up.

I think I can attach it. I had to turn on my old PC that has a lot of pedal layouts etc....
this looks like what you have, its a vero not a schematic. If you want it some other PM me your email address.... hope this helps
