small vs large fuses ??
I found a neat little AC power receptacle with built-in fuse drawer. The fuse size is 20mm x 5mm...Quite a bit smaller than the size of fuse you'd find in a blackface Fender, for example.
Are these small fuses just as good/reliable/robust as the large ones?

just make sure you can find a slo-blo in that size. Shouldn't be a problem

I was looking online at Mouser, and those fuses costs around $7. I couldn't believe they are so expensive!Phil_S wrote:I find the 20mm fuses cost more!

20x5mm are often referred to as Euro size, and the 1-1/4" as being US size....
