Looking to upgrade a vintage stereo amp. I need advice on how to add storage capacity to an anemic canister type Capacitor and would like to add 47uf-400v to each leg.. How should I proceed? So much spaghetti!

Most likely needs all the electrolyic caps replaced.
You can increase the values then.
