Does anybody know where I can get these resistors and what brand/Wattage they are?

Possibly Vishay CF60

I think those are Vishay CF60 1/2watts. If they are they are available at Mouser

So they're metal film, not carbon film. But they're 1W 1% for 10 cents each. Nice. And they look like pill bugs, which is a huge plus.

So let's have the metal film vs. carbon film debate again! Haven't heard that for a few months. Never mind. Here's a thread from 2011. http://ampgarage.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13984

I have used them where MF are indicated in a number of D clones and cant tell the difference between the CCF60 and the currently available RN65.

NOS RN65 may be a different story.

Your mileage may vary

They are my go to resistor for repairs and in builds where the CF/MF is not at issue.

Those are nice resistors for the price. I think Soldano uses them. Remind me of Tic Tacs :)

Thanks a lot guys. They look a lot better than RN65. Had some serious faillure with RN65. Did you notice failures to.

Hey, my pillbugs arrived from Newark! There are CCF60 series 1W 100K. A 1W Xicon shown for comparison.
