Adding an effect loop

Post by GERPUD »

Hi,
I'd like to add an effect loop to my se tube amp to be able to add a reverb pedal (I'd would prefer a reverb tank but it seems much more complicated).
I want to use the existing PT (400Vdc or 6.3Vac).
I found this schematic.
Is-it going to be working?
Any other suggestions?

Thanks

It looks like it will work fine, but the "original" Dumbler is quite the same, and has a very mellow sound. I run mine from a 210 volt source driving a 12AX7.

I have changed a few of the values to get the sound I like, but it's a great starting place.

Not knocking the device you show, I just prefer all tubes.
