On the Express I'm quite sure that buzz can be eliminated by using insulating washer on the input jack or Cliff jack.
On the Trainwreck amps they are vary susceptible to ground loops and/or wire routing and may need to move some wires around
and keep checking.
Never had buzz problem in Dumble style amps?
