Good evening all, I have a Lowrey organ Schumacher output transformer P-6051 606-910 that used 2-6v6 power tubes pp. I presume it has an 8k primary but does anyone know what the speaker load is supposed to be?
Thanks for any help, Andrew

You won't know unless you test it. Knowing it was running a pair of 6V6 is very useful because it tells us it is rated in the 15-18w range. It is easy enough to test the turns ratio. Instructions are here: http://www.sarris.info/main/calculating ... -impedance
I generally use the output from a filament winding to do the test.

Looking that part number up in my 1958 electronics catalog states it made for a 8 ohm load.
