Re the bias supply, note the difference between your schematic and Blencowe's (bottom, from Valve Wizzard site):

I saw that on his site. I was referencing his power supply book. Is there much of a difference in function?

I would make it look like the circuit on the VW site. I believe the bias voltage will be established faster and the adjustability will be much better. Remember the Power Supplies book is said to be full of errors, so use information from it with caution.

I suspect that the cold clipper would give better results if placed earlier in the chain, eg before the CF tone stack driver.
And I think it's bad practice to put the mains fuse in the neutral, ie the switch and fuse must be in the live supply.
