Matchless Independence 35 schematic?

Hello everyone!

Does anyone have a schematic or a chance to trace one of these amps? Or maybe you know at least the rough topology of this amp and what elements of other Matchless amps it contains?

It is one of the relatively new models (i think released around 2010?) and does not seem to get a lot of attention. I've read references to it being Matchless' take on Marshall, but to me it sounds rather like Matchless than anything else (i assume some voxy elements in the preamp. I assume it's channel 2 might be something like a Phoenix's 12ax7 channel with treble/bass tone stack and the 3rd channel being an additional gain-stage in front or after that.) But that's just speculation on my side.
