antique electronic supply has some nice ones that include a fuse holder for about a buck

Junk/dismantled/broken/obsolete computer (power unit), as an alternative.

Yes. I take them from old computer power supplies, too. If there is an IT shop where you work, go see them. They will have a pile of old power supply units stacked up. They will give you one just for asking.

Found one at Parts-Express, as I need some knobs from them. Once I was a able to determine exactly what it is, IEC's were crawling out of Google!!
