Is Classictone transformers kaput?!

I haven't been on the site for a while and just clicked on my bookmarked link and to my dismay it looks look Classictone is no more - say it ain't so!

Officially out of business, as is the parent company Magnetic Components.

Other than Mercury Magnetics & Edcor, who else is supplying transformers?

I tried my best to get them bought by someone...I spoke with friends at Gibson, Fender, Heyboer and Mercury, nobody had interest.
I do know Heyboer bought some raw inventory and machinery from them. Not sure if anyone else did, or it included any intellectual property etc.
It's sad, they were making transformers for practically everyone since the 40's... :(
