I bought a variac to use with my 100 watt Marshalls.
Thinking of running at a steady 115VAC.
I have a modified 1978 JMP 2203 & a JCM-2000 DSL 100.
I also use an older Furman PF Pro.
Should i plug in the variac at the wall AC outlet then into the Furman then to amp or Furman into wall, variac into Furman & amp into variac ?
The Furman is rated @ 12 amps.
The variac is rated for 5 amps @ 500V.
Im guessing AC outlet > Furman > variac > amp

By the way, I can't see how your Veriac is rated to output 500 volts.
