I just had the pleasure of resurrecting this wonderful amp and here are the important details.
It’s 2 channel.
Just volume and tone with a brite input on each channel.
Tremolo controls / speed and intensity.
3) 12AX7
2) 6973
1) 5Y3GT
Ac wall voltage in=119
Unloaded AC in on each leg=336
Loaded AC in on each leg=323 at idle.
6973 plate=369
6973 screen=350
6973 grid resistor =250 ohm, idle voltage 24.
V1 plate 1 212 volts . V1/ cathode 2.36 volts
Plate 2. 118 volts .cathode 2 .980 volts
V2. Plate 1 132 volts cathode 1 1.12 volts
Plate 2 173 volts. Cathode 2 1.6 volts.
V3. Plate 1 286 volts. Cathode 1. 2.4 volts.
Plate 2. 219 volts. Cathode 2 .680 volts
Rms power into 8 ohms 16 watts
Peak power 19.6 watts
It’s amazing this amp was even working when I got it,look at this resistor that was between the first and second power supply node.
The whole bottom was blown out!
PS.
Even with all strong testing tubes in this amp it needs help in the gain dept .
I can normally drive amps into max clipping / peak output with .150 volts in ( -10 db) .
To get this to max out I had to go to -4 db in.
