The active triode sees the actual values of the resistors such as 110k Rp and 1.5k Rk when using only one input in a setup with parallel triodes and the grid of the inactive triode is grounded.

Not completely accurate: As Martin pointed out earlier:

The triode with the grounded grid won't be inactive. Its Vg and Vk are fixed, but it's plate current will vary with the fluctuating plate voltage, and it will be out of phase with the other one, which will cancel some of the output signal.

It's easy to see the effects in a LTSpice simulation. You can also compare the results with equivalent gain stages using these:
