Not completely accurate: As Martin pointed out earlier:

It's easy to see the effects in a LTSpice simulation. You can also compare the results with equivalent gain stages using these:

... looks around for any evidence of something that once existed. This was not possible, since if anything was left at all, it was just a vapor. A vapor that was only noticable if looked for.
