HAve a set of CTS 10 ich alnico from Fender amp coded 064121 but cannot tell what terminal is positive and what is ground.no Markings left anywhere WOuld rather find out than wiring everything and maybe have to reverse main connectore later .
Can anyone help ?

Simple!
Hook a 9 volt battery across both ways, whichever way make the cone push out then the terminal that has the positive of the battery on it is the positive of the speaker.
