Does your Multimeter give you a Decimal place when reading Voltages in the 400s?

I have a few cheaper Multi-Meters... including a Klein Tools MM1000.
My frustration is when I try to bias an amp using the Ohm's law on the OT.
The MM1000 shows 4 digits, but if reading a voltage in the 400V range, it insists on only giving a reading if the first digit is a 0. It just gives an OL alert if I try adjusting the range to give me a decimal place.
So I have to subtract 416ish volts from 420ish volts... it could really be anywhere between 3-5 volts divided by 222ish ohms.
Great! So I've narrowed it down to between 40% and 67% dissipation. So useful!

Any of you have a DMM that can do better? Extra points if it is affordable.

Wow! I just realized I'm an idiot! I don't have to subtract. I can actually measure between them. HAHA!

Ya, the whole thing can float at 400+ volts no problem.
