I did a search and could only find info about fixing the "ticking" problem in the Trem Circuit.
This is in regards to a 1969 Fender Twin Rev. It will receive the basic BF Mods.
I am wondering about slowing down the Trem Speed. If I increase the value of the .02 and .01 caps in series, is that a legitimate method to slow down the trem?

You probably should replace all the caps in the phase loop with 1kV caps. There's a .02 and two .01s. Raise one of the .01s to .02 and you'll slow the oscillation. You can also raise the values of the resistors to ground, but changing the caps is pretty easy.

Another option that might be worth a try is the updated Fender trem circuit from the Vibrolux and Vibroverb reissue amps, which can be seen here:

Scroll down to see a link to an except from the schematic. The feedback comes from the follower's cathode, and the speed range and stability are supposed to be improved.
