Input switching

I tried searching to no avail. Does any one have a schematic or diagram of how to wire a single input jack for single, parallel or bright channel selection on the first two triodes? Thanks.

One solution is an On-On-On toggle switch such as Mouser number 611-7211-001 . It looks like a DPDT center off switch but the contacts are not off in the center position. It works basically like the pickup switch on a Les Paul. In the center position both pickups are on and moving the switch to either side turns off one of the pickups. You'll need a 1 meg resistor to gound for each tube.
