I have never heard of that site. can't you just use allofcraigs for nationwide CL searches?

It was a nice site because it merged CL and ebay in one nationwide search.

Craigslist just plain sucks function-wise. It's intentionally kept simple and low key by it's founder, that's ok and I agree, but it's an attitude pushed too far. Try searching for something like G&L or K&K and it's impossible, and if Jaxed can search CL nationwide why doesn't CL just offer this? To me at this point the bad functionality is just negligence and half-assedness rather than 'low key'.

My understanding the reason craigslist keeps it localized:
1.) some areas charge for certain listings - i.e. new york jobs
2.) fraud and scams

Jax worked because craigslist was policing each area (for the most part) so it was kept in check.

In my experience just because you find what you are looking for doesn't mean you can convince the seller across the country to ship it to you.
