And now for something completely different.

One of my Mackie HR824 (older, not mk2) monitors bit the dust. Makes a constant loud white noise from tweeter only, regardless of whether signal is input, regardless of volume trim settings, and regardless of power switch on front and power switch on rear. Power LED on front panel does not come on.

Maybe a crossover cap has gone bad?
