The attached pic comes from a review of Grammy winners' favorite cars. The accompanying write-up describes the owner as "James Taylor".
Anyone over 50 can see that is actually a young Jackson Browne. Not to mention the song title in the window of the nice clean '57. Late for the Sky hadn't been written by 1971 I think, as the album was only released in '74.
The write up goes on to say that the car was "given to James Taylor by Glen Frey in 1971".
Talk about serial ignorance.
Here endeth the rant.

I didn't notice that, you're right. Still, that's no excuse, I'm Canadian. And American too, but that's another story.

A lot of people know about James Taylor cult movie, "Two Lane Blacktop".
One of my favorite movies.
I liked it because I was kind of in that time period of hot rods and custom cars in the 70's.
I have never heard about the Jackson Brown connection.
But, I have noticed lately that when I search for something in images, the description is totally off subject.
Anybody else get that?
