ExpressPCB never runs since I swapped form WindowsXP to Windows10.
The message "run-time Error 13" appears immediately after starting the software.
I tried many recommended fixes and software repair tools, but nothing did work.
Who knows more about?

I had some luck with other software, but it was not something quite as robust as the program you are trying to run.
Is this the software? It says it will run on Windows 10. You may simply need an update. https://www.expresspcb.com/free-cad-software/

I have Windows 10 and all the SCH stuff works fine for me.
Of course, I had to download the program again. Have you done that?

I think that is an inherent WINDOWS10 problem,
so I have to completely reinstall the operating system.
