@ Drew re: Brian Setzer, I'm a bit of a youtube adict and that was really great. It lead me to a clip of Dickey Betts and Brian Setzer that was, I thought, off the charts. Brian went first and then Dickey on one of Brian's tubes. I wasn't sure Dickey had the chops to keep up. It turns out he did, and did it very nicely. (Skip the first number.)
