Xtian. That looks great. I was wanting to do something like that with lil hum buckers
I love the look of telecasters.....I had a real 72 thin line, but traded it for a motorcycle. (Still kicking myself) for that.
I have a made in China s Squire thinline and have almost all GFS parts in it and I love this thing.....+1 for GFS and good prices on their products
You made the lil guy look very classy... Great job

Both of these guitars are cheapo $160 kits from Five Star Products on ebay.

I upgraded the bridge. Added a graphite nut. Put Alnico 3 magnets in the neck pickup and Alnico 2 in the bridge. I added a tortoise shell pickguard to the "ice tea" colored 335 copy.

I put some Bubinga waterfall wood veneer on the headstocks.

They were finished out using 3 cans of Min-Wax lacquer spray cans from Home Depot and polished with McGuire's auto polish.

They sound great! The darker colored one was done for a friend.

Just finished the Tele on the right in this photo. All 3 guitars are chambered with no f-holes.

You guys have some very nice guitars and some of you are masters at guitar building, rebuilding and finishing.

Picked up a Gibson Memphis ES-339 Studio in Ginger Burst.

Picked up a 1972 Ibanez EA250 Riviera and it plays wonderfully.

Need to take a photo of it but looks like this one.

Copy of an Airline Swingmaster guitar has semi-hollow maple top with 3 Chrome P-90 pickups, 3-way switching and individual volume and tone controls. With Bigsby B-70.

I built the guitar. The great Larry Robinson did the inlay. Doing a green sunburst was kinda scary at first. Then I got into it. Shipped to the client a couple of weeks ago.
