Both Sides of the Sky? This is the first I've heard of it. Being a Hendrix freak, I need to check it out! Is it any good? Is it stuff Jimi would be proud of, or are we scraping the bottom of the barrel for clips and snippets that he never intended to release?
Don't you boys know any NICE songs?

I listened to the whole thing this morning on Apple Music. Great! Some traditional R&B, Hendrix-y stuff and some stuff you wouldn't expect. Opening line of Georgia blues struck me: "I was born in Georgia 27 years ago..."

Saw Buddy Guy last night at the local
outdoor venue
He was the headline of the blues fest
Great entertainer, story teller, maybe one of the last old bluesman.
No doubts, He has the blues

Joe Pass and walls of badness with Mingus Big Band. It's Custom Jazz Thursday. If my guitar doesn't know the tunes it just hums along.
