Wow woke up this morning to -12 degrees plus wind chill. Feels like -35 with wind. Anyone care to send some warm weather this way? Had to cancel trip to Nashville over the weekend due to weather. They had blizzard warnings out yesterday. I remember the one in 78, this is not even close to that, just cold BBBBBBBRRRRRRRRRRRR.

I had -18 F this morning with high winds. I'm sure it is nothing compared to what Fowler is experiencing...

All of the schools are closed today due to the high winds, cold, and blowing snow.

Record setting -8F here the other morning. Crazy front moving through today. Temps early this morning were 50F. Expecting zeroF tonight with -30 wind chill by tomorrow. Blah!

Can't top you guys from the north country or even the Ozarks. It was pretty nice here today. I walked the dog at 4:00 and it was still around 30, but it felt frigid already. It actually felt almost balmy this morning in the mid 40's and humid from a long day of rain. We're in for single digits tonight and most of tomorrow. Brrrrr.... I don't know how my 14 year old short haired dachshund is going to fare. I expect she won't want to go out and that spells trouble with a capital T. Me, I've got a sheepskin coat I wear once every 5 years weather permitting. I hope I'm not too fat this time.
