In the case of the Chinese, they might have already taken out the satellites we need for missile guidance, if they haven't already hacked the subs software with a virus. In the case of Rooskies, that Putin is a rabid dog with ADHD, no telling what he might do. And don't forget about home grown loonies, or extremist rag heads that can walk across out porous borders. I'll bet a crude EMP device is not beyond even a room temperature IQ that has Internet access. <end of rant>
