Engraved pickguard

Post by stelligan »

Brother is a drummer/jeweler and has taken up engraving. He is planning to engrave a bunch of his old brass snares. He decided to do some practicing first and scratched me a scratchguard. I told him he needs more practice - I have 4 more Stratocasters....... :D

This was an aluminum pickguard, I believe.

Bling!

Engraving beats racing stripes or airbrushed Vikings. Your guitar looks great!

So cheeky, him. Engraving on a curve. Drums are for drummers! What do they know?
