Carr Impala circuit diagram?

Does anyone have a copy of the circuit diagram for the Carr Impala?

A friend has one and it isn't working, the friend lives a long way away and I can't see the amp in person to advise him on what might be wrong and what to do. I'm thinking the amp must have a HT fuse in it or something. It died on switch on and there wasn't smoke smells and heat. The fuse doesn't appear to have blown either.

The local tech is a TV repairman who works for a dodgy music store which also worries me.
