Ouch. That reminds me of the catastophic resistor meltdown last year.

Welwyn screen sparked to 5k6 on output grid. Pulled it in like a black hole actually fused into it and exploded. It bent the grid resistor leg to get a kiss. That was insane.

The trash bin is happy.
Lucky the amp had a secondary fuse, it saved the transformers.

I didn't hear it as it was at someone's gig. It smells like a horror factory and it had glassy bits of splatter fused to other surfaces and parts. BaaBOOM

It basically gave birth to a new serial universe.

Horrible oven cooked meat. Hasn't been the same since the building relocated to accommodate a shopping center.

Actually it changed when Larry died. It still is the flavors I expect. When they stopped serving Sunbeam.. grrrrrr but still.

So I am 57.. hmm.. when I was young enough to stand in the floorboard of a 67 Plymouth and chew the middle of the dash, my grandmother would drive across that field and we would stay for half an hour while she chatted with Larry about new memes and cute dog videos.. you know, ye olde internet.

Hear Ye! Hear Ye! You've Got Mail!

The most important thing about Sconyers is HASH AND RICE you cant get that anywhere else.. no sugar in anything. The meat isn't ruined.

I have never eaten anything except the large chopped pork with hash and rice only and half a loaf of (not sunbeam damnit) bread

I have eaten this 1000+ times by now. I sip the sauce. Damn that is good!

Savannah. Until covid and my accident I drove to AGS to meet my folks at Sconyer's twice a year and drove back. I really miss it. I have imageson my phone I look at of the platters nearly spilling off.. so full.

The best thing I have eaten in almost 2.5 years is boxes the garbage comes in. Bummer.

There are two more than acceptable places in South Carolina down the valley. One has great mac and cheese.. the other everything but. Nobody makes hash and rice like Sconyers though. I even like it cold! ewwww
