I had one that was crumbly enough to dismantle and find the sploded Chongx brand cap, not that it's worthwhile... Curious if that works as a thermal paste or as a sweater.

If the item of gear happens to not work how do you know there are even any non user serviceable parts under that layer of Bean curd, lol!

To be fair, the label does say "water proof". So, that is one way to do it.

Ooh. I'm running LED strips under my dock. I'll just suspend this under the water for heatsinking.

I don't think anything waterproofed that way can be externally cooled.

Has anyone notified a fusion lab? This might be the answer.

Guy, no, this is for the low voltage LED lighting in the yard. The company sent a new unit and it's working.
