Tom (Structo)

Post by TomPriem »

Greetings from Tom (Structo) to all my Ampgarage friends!
I'm still alive and kicking! I'm 66 now! :D

I have missed you all.
Sorry for not writing you sooner.

I had a major stroke in 2016 and affected my language and also my computer broke right before the stroke.

I am still working on my words, my wife helps to write this.

Really appreciated all the help you guys gave me with my Amp's, guitars and computer back in the day.
I am using a Tablet computer now.
I am glad to be back! :D

Love, Tom (Structo)

Tom! I am so glad to hear from you! It is a real gift to see your virtual face.

This place loves you. We do. Maybe it will be some therapy for you to visit with us. I hope so.

If there is anything you need you should always ask.

Just brilliant to see you, buddy!

Structo, glad to hear from you. I've taken over your duties of keeping the forum alive. sorry to hear about the stroke, my aunt went through the same thing recently and recovery is rough, but glad you're getting through it!

Damn Structo, I had no idea. Sorry to hear about the stroke. Glad your recovery is in full swing. I know it is hard work and takes a lot of time. Congrats on your progress. I hope you are back building amps soon. Your input, and you, are appreciated more than you know.

Hi Tom,

Good to see you back!
I was baffled when Jelle informed us on your stroke in 2016/2017 and wondered if we ever meet you again in the virtual world of ampgarage.
When doing a search here, once in a while, on specific topics; your posts pop up frequently and liked the interaction you had with all of us.
Despite its a rough recovery path Im glad you reached out here, makes you hellofa fighter!

Cheers,

Erwin

Glad to see you are back here Tom!
Your posts were very helpful for me when I was building my first ODS #124 back in 2014. I still run across all your comments when I am searching for information and they are always so helpful.
So glad to see you are back here. You inspire all of us.
Cheers
