$600 fuse, anyone?

Post by xtian »

I clearly have been buying the wrong kinds of fuses.

https://www.kempelektroniksshop.nl/syne ... 6-3x32-mm/

The copy is so informative! I learned fuses are directional! The have a burn-in period! They will elevate my gear to the next "class"!

So much more!!!

That's actually pretty reasonable for a fuse that's had a 1,000,000 volt quantum treatment

I was going to hop in with a "tone fuse" joke but was concerned someone down the road might take it seriously

This seems ridiculous but people that review "audiophile" fuses say they make a difference. What the heck is going on?

So for A.C. I need two, in parallel, reversed, as they are directional.
If ever there was an industry that needs double blind testing, or the focus of the FTC, I think we have a winner.

I got a good laugh because some of their photos are clearly off-the-shelf fuses with colorful stickers wrapped around them. Nice markup!

By "sticker", I think you mean "UEF technology treatment".

Probably has nothing to do with the fact that these websites earn revenue from advertising for these companies.
