Any website that has a "contact us" link that goes nowhere is to be avoided.

If it is the site that I recall reading about a few years ago, it is too good to be true. I forget now all the details but basically a lot of people were not getting what they were expecting. A search over on the Plexi Palace forum should yield some info.

It's a great place to look at pretty pictures. And that's it. I don't know why it's kept alive, well partially alive anyway, at all.

I'm not a member there.

If it's not too much trouble...could someone look for me?

A buddy is wanting a Hiwatt and he asked me about this site. I took one look at the prices and the "Last Updated" date and told him it's probably not accurate.

He's emailing them.

Tell your buddy to look elsewhere. Seriously. And you dont need a membership at Plexi Palace to search or read either...

There is one, and it's extremely obvious.

Mind your manners.

Its been around for a long time, and changed its name. As I recall indeed people got products that were misrepresented and I also seem to remember some saying many of the products were lash ups and not original as advertised. Just for good measure personally I'd steer clear of them, outside of looking at some pretty pictures of some vintage amps..

Regards,

Really that website is just a museum.
I've tried several times to deal with them and it's never gone anywhere the bank account is no longer active. The email doesn't get a reply. I found them on ebay selling Simms Watts. the only way I0 would personally deal with them at this point would be cash in hand face to face.

It's cool. I can see how you thought I was being sarcastic.

No harm, no foul.

So my buddy shouldn't send them a cashiers check for 3 of the Hiwatt heads? :P
