I've been dumpster diving and just pulled about 25 6sn7s from an old Baldwin organ. What should I do with them. EBAY? Build something? Trade?

I've used the 6SN7's for a low watt power tube in my high gain single ended amps.
I think they are under appreciated.
It had a sweeter, smoother (buttery?) sound than even the higher powered 6V6 in the same amp.
Different pinout of course.

They are also used as preamp tubes in a few applications.
But they tend to be a bit microphonic. There's some hifi guys that value them. But they have to be just the "right ones".

I save them up for 2 watt power tubes.
Nice.

They can be really nice as preamp tubes--their tone is a bit fatter than a 12AX7. It's true that they can be a bit rattly and microphonic. When I order them, I get them from a place that lets you pic testing for microphonics.

I would find a point to point amp project to use some of those tubes in and sell the rest.

I just got a NOS 6SC7 and 6SL7 preamp tubes for a tweed chassis style bassman amp I am going to build soon, point to point.

I do need a 6N7 for a Gibson EH150 project if anyone has a good one.
