With your suggestion, does the LED alone intensify the effect? Like this?

The Princeton Reverb Trem is a bias vary system. If the bias is too hot, you will get weak tremelo. Before you rewire the whole amp, check your bias and adjust as necessary. One of the best mods for a Princeton Reverb is the addition of a bias adjust pot.
