Fiber Board / Cap Pan Screws...

Post by Deric »

Anyone here know the correct screw type and size used on Blackface fiber boards, cap pans and small transformers??

Doing an order with McMaster and would like to get some if they have them.

Thanks!

The boards and cap pan screws are just self taping #8 sheet metal screws that can be had at any hardware store, for the output Trans I perfere to use 8/32 machine screws , nuts and washers as all too many times Fenders usage of sheet metal screws back off, or fall out completely with enough vibration and transportation bouncing!
